Our traditional production of speck is due to the closeness to Alto Adige, but differs in the more delicate smoking and in the use of leaner pork legs. During the dry salting process each piece is sprinkled with salt and aromatic herbs, while smoking is still natural, using prestigious woods that give its unique flavour to the product.
Pork meat, salt, dextrose, fructose, spices, natural flavours.
Preservatives: E 250, E 252.
Store in the refrigerator at 0-4°C. To be consumed in a few days when the package is opened.
Our Speck contains no allergens, no milk proteins and it’s gluten free.
