Bresaola equina (horse Bresaola)
A typical cured product, made with horse rump. The product undergoes hand salting with a precious mix of spices and aromatic herbs for 15 days, every single piece is stuffed in gut and is put in ripening rooms with the best conditions of temperature and humidity for the organoleptic characteristics typical of this product. The Horse Bresaola is very rich in proteins, iron and mineral salts. Thanks to its high nutritional value and being easily digestible this product is recommended for anyone who needs a diet rich in these nutrients.

Store in the refrigerator at 0-4°C. To be consumed in a few days when the package is opened.
