Bresaola the old traditional recipe

Our Bresaola the old traditional recipe is characterized by an irregular shape and thin fat grains that enhance the unique taste of quality beef used for its production. It dffers from the traditional bresaola also for the slightly smoked taste. The manual handling of meats, the charcateristic mixture of spices and the seasoning process recover the ancient traditions of Valchiavenna, leading to the production of a unique craft product.

Antioxidants: E 301.
Preservatives: E 250, E 252.
Smoked product.

Store in the refrigerator at 0-4°C. To be consumed in a few days when the package is opened.
