Un nuovo prodotto è nato. Dopo diverse prove abbiamo creato una nuova ricetta per una nuova Bresaola. L'abbiamo chiamata l'antica ricetta perchè riprende l'antica usanza di affumicare i prodotti per renderli più duraturi nel tempo, una sorta di conservante. Oggi l'affumicatura ha il solo scopo di dare al prodotto un sapore particolare, stuzzichevole.
